After waking up
- make the bed
- shower
- take supplements:
- vitamin d
- omega-3
- magnesium
- (occasionally vitamin c)
- standard breakfast (banana, carrot, yogurt with nuts)
- name at least 3 concrete things for which you are grateful
Before sleep
- turn all devices red screen (cca 1 hour before going to bed)

- make a good night sleep tea
- stretch (cca 5 minutes)
- name at least 3 concrete things for which you are grateful
- say a praier
